CUSTOMER SERVICE

Taking the train from Penn Station New York to Boston last week was a wonderful and enjoyable way to travel for business. Reminded me of the memories traveling with my son David to the Philadelphia Zoo when he was only five {he is now 24}. Of course, this did not come close to my time with David.

I awaited in the Amtrak waiting station after an employee politely explained the rules of departure. it’s ALWAYS nice to be treated WITH POLITENESS.

Sitting in the very comfortable “Quiet Car” I CONTINUED TO read Harry Potter and the Prisoner of AZkaban with at least double the space on a plane. Although my IPHONE initially started charging somewhere along the route my IPhone’s battery was about 5%. As I left south street station I had ZERO power for EITHER a GPS short walk to the hotel nor callING Uber.

Help!

i Kept rebooting MY iPhone to fOLLOW my PATH ON THE GPS. i WAS LUCKY TO LOOK UP AND FIND MY STREET.

YEAH!

ISN’T IT AMAZING WHEN YOU HAVE AN IMPORTANT BUSINESS MEETING YOU DEVELOP A BAD COLD. I MANAGED THE BUSINESS MEETING POPPING COUGH DROPS FREQUENTLY. THE HOTEL WAS AMAZING. EVERY EMPLOYEE YOU CAME INTO CONTACT WITH WAS POLITE, APPEARED TO LIKE THEIR JOB, AND WAS FOCUSED ON THEIR CUSTOMER, ME. TO END THE STAY, ROOM SERVICE DELIVERED HOT VEGETABLE SOUP, A PLATE OF FRUIT, AND A POT OF HOT TEA TO MY ROOM FREE-OF-CHARGE.

i AM NOW A RAVING FAN OF AMTRAK AND THIS BOSTON HOTEL.

VALUE OF YOUR BUSINESS

Time after time I hear from clients that they are counting on the sale of commercial real estate to fund their retirement not their business. Wouldn’t it be great if your company value was counted and it was substantial? $5m $10m or more

Most medium and small closely-held businesses at the time of transfer, either a sale or retirement, transfer at a value well-below what their potential value could be, and in most cases a nominal amount.

Wouldn’t be great if you, the business owner, knew his company value now, and his or her company potential value including potential red flags ALL FOR FREE?

ALL FREE without spending $25,000 or more on a full-blown valuation.
